"You don't eat meat!?!?" / She says in astonishment like I just spoke a dirty word / She looked at me for a further explanation / She looked at me like I was disturbed / "But what about hamburgers?" / She asked as she sank her teeth into a slimy big Mac / I said I try and watch my weight and being vegetarian is how I stay so fat
I just say no, just say no to meat
"What's wrong with you?" / He blurted out in ignorance I tried hard not to laugh at that fool / He said I was to young that I could miss something I could use / Number one; it is destruction of the rain forests and industrial abuse / Number two; the fact that I could never do something so cruel
He called me names, I don't care cause I am doing the right thing and now its how I live my life
I wont eat meat I don't think that it right; That's why I've always got to fight, for the ones who have no voices
I wont eat meat don't think its right; That's why I've always gotta fight for the silenced and the voiceless
