Middle class in shrinking everyday,
it begins our fallacy.
It tears the fabric woven tight by most of us,
this includes you and me.
Say goodbye to coming home to dinner,
please stand back from the line (from the line).
But I tell you we'll be fine.
Can't take them all.
We're somewhere but other groups of people put us there.
Take them all 'cause I'm scared.
This world's an ugly place and nothing's fair.
Humanity falls all around and still I hear them call.
Those mistakes result in rising seas,
and wars on every plain.
I'd say goodbye to everything
I'd done before to succumb all the pain.
Never could we know what we'd become,
ignoring children's cries.
Hiding behind lies.
Can't take them all.
We're somewhere but other groups of people put us there.
Take them all 'cause I'm scared.
This world's an ugly place and nothing's fair.
You're only one but NOW WE'RE TWO!
We just might change them all.
We'll change them all.
