That, that right there
A most peculiar shade of gray
I thought for a moment
I saw the ocean thru these masses
but I was wrong
wrong again
A while ago
I saw the birth
of civilization
and tribes were born
and they killed each other
For God in days to come
again they'll all be gone
I, i'll be stuck with gray again
I've seen this gray before
in cocktail flakes of secret leaves*
My beautiful ocean
here you are again
call me a thief
and I, I'll call you a liar
call me a thief
and I, I'll call you a liar
Distant lightning threatens
all that's pink
and white and shiny
One last bonfire blazes
Where the horizon used to be
Carelessness and lucid dreams
and colors that I can't explain
call me a saint
and I might as well
just be a martyr
Electric nebula
And I'm surfing under
What is air
If Air is water
Crazy no but in great peril
If I fall I will not stop

Heredity is for the fragile
and I can name my great ancestors
every single one
every bloody one excepting you
I forgot you
forgot you years ago
infinity is nothing more
then a skipping record
flat line straight
as anything can be
it does not intersect
but rather overlap
you'll see it maybe when you die
you'll see it if you swim out far
far enough
