As I look back on my life
Like a window on a train
Through the towns and cities
Where I wont be going back
Going back again
I remember all the places
And all of the spaces of my life
As I think of what really mattered
What worked and what was tattered
I mostly recall
Having you right by my side
On this ride
I remember all the faces
And all of the traces of my life
So I sit here in remembrance
Of the way it used to be
I wonder at the end of the line
Will there be another train
Another train for me
But Ill always remember all the places
And faces of my life
