"It's inappropriate and contrary to the constitutional
principles and the judiciary rule of law,
for an executive
authority to decide on the number
of employees in the judiciary and
thereby directly affect the
disfunctioning of the judicial authorities,
states Yale Fishman.
Associations and unions, warned the
public that the decision on the rationalization
of the judicial authorities,
enacted unilaterally and contrary to the principles
that the government itself prescribed
in the Draft Law on the method of determining
the maximum number of employees
in the public sector,

In order to strengthen the judicial authorities,
the criteria for determining the number
of judicial and prosecutorial personnel
should be determined by the High
Judicial Council and the State
Prosecutors' Council
